Reiki is an ancient healing art which uses “universal life force energy” in order to encourage deep relaxation to promote our natural healing in the body, mind and spirit. It can relieve stress, relax muscles, decrease pain and calm the nerves to reduce anxiety and distress. It is especially helpful with those suffering from chronic conditions and pain, and any type of condition in which stress can aggravate the condition. During a session (after there is a brief discussion of an intention for the session), the client lays down on a comfortable massage table fully clothed with a blanket on or off as you choose. The treatment can be performed on or off the body as preferred by you, and it is just as effective either way. Most everyone finds it very pleasant and relaxing, yet you may be alert and revitalized at the same time.
Nancy has been a Reiki Master since 2003 and has helped numerous people with this treatment.

Healing Touch is a holistic energy therapy whereby the practitioner uses light or near-body touch to clear, balance and energize the human energy system. After a brief discussion regarding intention and goals for the session, you lay down on a comfortable massage table fully clothed with our without a blanket on per your preference. Healing Touch can also be performed sitting in a chair. This non-invasive treatment helps to remove congested energy in the client’s energy centers and bio-field, reestablishing healthy energy flow and balance. Some of the benefits include reducing pain and anxiety, relieving stress and depression, strengthening the immune system, enhancing recovery from surgery and medical procedures including chemotherapy and others. Healing Touch is the premier holistic energy modality in the medical community today and it is endorsed by the NCCA (National Commission of Certifying Agencies). There are numerous scientific research studies supporting the efficacy of this healing modality today.
Nancy has completed the vigorous training required with this standardized national program and is a Healing Touch Certified Practitioner (HTCP) since 2014. Treatment session fee $110

Tui Na massage is a massage concentrating on the meridian energy systems in the body and is based on Traditional Chinese Medicine. The purpose of the various techniques which may include brushing, kneading, rolling, pressing and rubbing the areas between the joints is to open and release the body’s “chi or qi” energy to relieve congestion or stagnation in the system. This then allows the body’s own healing powers to work more effectively. The massage is done with the client wearing loose fitting comfortable clothing, laying on a massage table. The therapist may also choose to concentrate on various acupressure points along the extremities and meridians in order to help move and balance energy. Treatment session fee $110
